Ceramic gaiwan with lid, bowl, and saucer.
Each gaiwan holds 5oz.

To use a gaiwan:
1. Place 1/2tsp. to 1tsp. of leaves in the gaiwan bowl.
2. Add hot water (at appropriate temperature) and steep for appropriate amount of time.
3. When steeping time is over, place lid at an angle and hold tight so that the liquid may be decanted, but not the leaves. Or drink directly from the gaiwan.
